The Rotary Club of Oakwood is thrilled to announce the 51st annual That Day in May (TDIM) — our beloved community celebration —returning on Saturday, May 16, 2026! Held every year on the third Saturday in May, TDIM brings together neighbors, families, and friends for a day packed with fun, tradition, and purpose.
 

This year’s festivities will include all your favorite events:
 

• The 5K and 10K races

• The 1K Kids’ Fun Run

• A filling Community Pancake Breakfast

• Our signature parade

• A dazzling car show

• The ever-popular dog show

• An auction

• And much more!

We’re excited to welcome back the Alumni Baseball Game, hosted by The Dugout Club, and to continue the celebration with our sixth annual Golf Outing on Monday, May 18 at the scenic Dayton Country Club.

This year’s outing will feature a full 18 holes of golf, followed by Cocktails & Auction — a perfect way to cap off the weekend!
 

Since 1988, proceeds from TDIM have helped the Oakwood Rotary Foundation contribute over $800,000 to local nonprofits, schools, and community initiatives across the Miami Valley.
